Home Owners,why is it important to put your homes energy to the test?
Energy audits will give you a better understanding of your homes energy usage and efficiency, and how you can save money by gaining the knowledge of how your home’s building systems operate and work together.
Our trained and certified energy specialists may perform a series of tests which may include the following:
- Infrared Thermography (IR) photos and Thermal Imaging (infrared scanning)

You will receive an unbias energy report that includes findings and recommendations for energy improvements by specific items. This report will also prioritize the recommendation that will be most cost effective to you as the homeowner. You may also receive anonymous itemized bids for these energy efficient improvements from pre-qualified vendors at no extra charge.
Fox Energy Specialists may also be able to assist with information to utility company rebates, cash incentives, or special financing for these energy efficient improvements.

Energy Improvement Contractors
Be a part of Fox Energy Specialists Home Energy Solutions Program. This system is designed to eliminate any conflicts of interest between real estate agents, energy auditors and vendors (contractors) in making energy efficiency improvements on existing homes. We can also handle commercial properties.
Fox Energy Specialists has performed independent third party energy audits on thousands of homes for over eight years. These energy audits are performed for builders and homeowners interested in making green or energy improvements to their homes or homebuyers interested in doing energy/green improvements at time of purchase.
Fox Energy Specialists and affiliated Real Estate Agents do not perform repairs or energy improvements which are recommended in the energy audit. However, Fox Energy Specialists has developed a database of pre-qualified vendors which can perform these services. Our energy audit clients can use this database to solicit quotes and make selection(s) of Energy Improvement Vendors(s) to perform work on their homes. Typical Energy Improvement Vendors in our database include, HVAC, insulation companies, electricians, plumbers, weatherization contractors, solar screen vendors, and more.
