Fox Energy Specialists Refund Policy
Due to the preparation involved with training classes, our refund policy is as follows:
(Notice of cancellation can be received in writing via: written, fax, or email).
- 4 -30 days prior to training class: $100 non-refundable
- 72 Hours (3 days) or less prior to training class: 100% non-refundable
If you are unable to attend the training class for which you registered, and would like to attend the next available training; you must provide Fox Energy Specialists written notice. Notice must be received 14 days prior to the scheduled class in order for your previous registration fee to be credited to the requested class. (There may be an additional processing fee).
Fox Energy Specialists Training Weather Policy
In the case of inclement weather such as:
- If the weather is considered too dangerous to train or navigate to the facilities in: severe thunderstorms, lightening or extreme temperatures of heat, cold, ice, snow etc.
Fox Energy Specialists Training will follow the policy outlined below:
Fox Energy Specialists will try our best to contact trainees at emergency contact numbers (provided at the time of registration) to provide a rescheduled date of training. If not, it is the responsibility of trainees to contact Fox Energy Specialists the day of scheduled training class for the rescheduling date of training or further action via written, phone, email, or fax.. If no contact has been made by trainees for the next scheduled training prior to the rescheduled class refer to the “Cancellation Policy”
