The Process
The following outlines the various steps that Fox Energy Specialists uses in selecting qualified Strategic-Partners.
1. Initial Exchange:
This is the first contact with one of our Qualification Specialists and an opportunity to acquire basic knowledge about the program.
2. Strategic-Partner Information Packet:
Individuals looking to learn more information about Fox Energy Specialists and to establish their potential fit with our organization complete the enclosed Request for Information and Consideration (RFIC) and send back to our corporate office.
3. First Review of RFIC:
Profiles are reviewed for qualifications and compatibility, based on the completed RFIC. Initial discussions with qualified candidates will be scheduled and usually take about one hour.
4. FDD Review:
The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), Franchise Agreement (FA) and Franchise Disclosure Document Questionnaire are sent to the candidate. A date and time will be set to review the general terms and requirements detailed in the documents; however we are required to not contact you for ten (10) days during this step. It is recommended that at this point, you have a franchise attorney review the FDD and FA.
5. Candidate Phone Interview:
Candidate talks candidly with the Franchise Development Representative about any questions the candidate has regarding the FDD and FA. During this call we will discuss additional details, including determining territory, size and perform market analysis. You will also need to finalize whether you are licensing a single-truck or multi-truck franchise. On-Site Experience date is set.
6. Discovery Day/On-Site Experience:
This is the time for both parties to sit down for a meet-and-greet. We will review more of our program by discussing pre-training through start-up procedures as well as ride along in our truck operation. This provides first hand experience on how our business operates and is a great way for all of us to determine if we have the right “fit”.
7. Strategic-Partner Signature and Transition Day:
Once we have agreed that you are the right match for us, we will award you a franchise. The Franchise Agreement and all other agreements are signed and fees are paid and filed. Candidate officially becomes a Strategic-Partner with Fox Energy Specialists.
