Builder Conflict Resolution Process

 Complaint Resolution Process:

The RESNET Organization’s national home energy rating standards states that Fox Energy Specialists, dba The Nelrod Company is to require its certified raters to inform their clients of the complaint resolution process.

Fox Energy Specialists must maintain the records of complaints received and responses to complaints for a minimum of three years after the date of the complaint.

The contact information for complaint resolution is included on the Conflict Disclosure Statement. This document is required to be provided to all clients of Fox Energy Specialists Raters, for each home rated.
