- Responsible for inspecting buildings and structures during construction, repair, and alteration to ensure compliance with the program guidelines, as well as, adherence to code requirements, specifications, and plans.

- IECC Certification (or must obtain within 60 days of hire)
- HERS Rater Certification (or must obtain within 60 days of hire)
